Reading our scriptures the other day, I reread one in Alma that I had marked just a few months before I started dating Cory. It said that God fulfills his promises. As a single person, this gave me a faith and encouragement to trust that the promised blessings of marriage and family would come to me. As we read, I thought back on the past year. Cory and I went from not thinking we would or could get pregnant, to going through surgery, and finally now being so close to when Jack will become a part of our family! What an amazing journey to know that God does indeed fulfill all his promises.
Lame. You almost made me cry when I read that. Who said you could do that? I am very happy for you, nonetheless.
